How to Book the Hall
Take a look at the calendar below to check availability
To make a booking request click on the "+" icon on the date you wish to book. This will take you to the Hallmaster website where you can log in or create an account.
Then fill in the request form and then click "Save". You'll get a confirmation email for your request.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email to confirm your booking, followed by an invoice for payment to be paid within 7 working days. Please note: If payment is NOT received within 7 working days, your event will be cancelled.
24hrs before your event you will receive hall access details.

Sessions:
9am - 1pm - £45 per session + £40 security deposit
1pm - 5pm - £45 per session + £40 security deposit
6pm - 11pm - £90 per session + £100 security deposit
(Clearing up time until 12pm included)Additional Hours per Session (depending on availability and no extensions past 11pm) - £15 per additional hour
Please note: Session times include set up and clearing up time.

£500 Wedding Package + £150 Security deposit
3 day Event - Friday to Sunday booking (Subject to hall availability)
Day 1: From 9am the day before for set up to 11pm.
Day 2: 9am to 11 pm
Day 3: Until Noon for cleaning (9am – 12 noon)
Bar hire to be priced on request.

Hours: Minimum 2 hours, 1 bar staff
Set up & Clear up Fee: £15
Bar Staff: £15 per hour per staff member
Corkage Licence Fee (for toast only) - £100
Please note: 2 bar staff are required for bookings over 60 adults attending. Should 1 bar staff be booked and numbers be exceeded we reserve the right to deduct the payment for additional bar staff from the security deposit to cover costs.
Changes to the above pricing is at the discretion of the Trustees.
